“Hotel service is average. But the main problem is that the bathtub is very small, and the room amenities such as soap, brush, and shampoo are low quality. These need improvement. The breakfast items should also be increased, as the current options are not good. The hotel price is also a bit high; considering the hotel type and location, the rate feels overpriced. However, the staff behavior is very good.”
